encountering error while trying to run ccsv6

I m using a hp pavilion g6 notebook, with windows 10 OS 64 bit. I downloaded ccsv6 32 bit from TI website . After installing when i m trying to run the software i m getting a run time error R6025- pure vitual function call

    Hello,

    What exact version of CCS are you using? CCSv6.1.2 is the latest, is that what you have installed?

    Also can you check to see if the requires MS redistributables have been installed and what the versions of those are? You can check your list of installed programs in Windows:

    If you can provide a similar screenshot that shows all the version numbers, that'd be helpful.

    Also in your workspace folder, there should be a subfolder called .metadata. Inside that folder should be a file called .log. Can you attach that file to this thread also?

    Hello ki,

    Thanks for reverting on my issue. I'm using ccs v6.1.2 i.e, the latest one. I checked the window redistributable files, i guess they are of the same version as of yours. Attaching here by the snapshot of that and also attaching .log file
