CCS close suddenly when stars

After I installed my ccs 6.11 and opened it on desktop , it closed suddenly !

Then i tried ccs 5.4,it happened again !

My operating syssterm is win 8.1

who can help me,please...

Who can answer my question or give me some advice ,i am willing to give my kneel....

Hello,
You mentioned two versions of CCS - 6.1.1 and 5.4. Have you ever been able to launch CCS successfully with either version?

yes, I have ever been launch CCS successfully in other computer .
Fortunately, i made it after delating some sofeware like 360 manager last night !
I think the computer manager can obstruct the ccs launch.
