CCS license reactivation issues

Dear CCS Champs

My customer has a wierd issue.

He had a licesne and server setup earlier on a PC which is now crashed.

So he is tryng to reactivate it on another machine. But facing issues like 

"Network connect to THIS_HOST failed. THIS_HOST should be changed to the correct host...

Can you pl;ease guide on this? They seems to have followed all the steps in the
