Maqetta bundler loader has encountered a problem etc

Hello,

I was just trying to update all of my computers to the latest version of CCS v6 to ensure compatibility between them and all three seem to have behaved differently.

Firstly, my desktop has only updated to Version 6.1.0.00104 and yet when I tell it to look for updates it tells me there are none so that is a bit strange. This is a Windows 7 enterprise 64bit machine with service pack 1 and Xeon processor.

Secondly, my first laptop with windows 10 Home version 1511 with an i5 processor seems to have updated ok to version 6.1.1.00022 and as far as I can tell is working properly.

Thirdly, my second laptop which is windows 7 Enterprise 64bit with service pack 1 and an i7 processor has also tried to update to 6.1.1.00022. A number of issues occurred during the install (I sent you the log when it asked so you should have that already) but is now displaying the above error. All three installs were working fine beforehand.

Please can you advise a) why the first machine doesn't want to upgrade and b) why the third machine is not working now.

Any help appreciated.

regards

Steve

What was the original version of CCS that was updated to 6.1.0? We have seen some occasional issues with updates showing up, but it has been hard to reproduce and isolate.

We've taken a look at the log files but unfortunately haven't been able to figure out what caused this, or been able to duplicate it ourselves. The best option here, for both machines, would be to do a new installation of the latest CCS. I apologize for the inconvenience.
