Are XDC tools available in the Cloud edition of CCS

I am experimenting with TI-RTO on a Launchpad TM4C1294XL.  When I click on the cfg file to edit it, it is only shown in raw form.  I am unable to edit it using XGCONF.  Are the config dialogues available like in the standard edition of CCS?

    Hello,
    XDC tools are available with Cloud, however the graphical support for CFG files is not supported. It is something we have discussed supporting but there are several issues that need to be worked out first to get it supported on Cloud. Hence it will not be coming anytime soon. Sorry
