Ticloudagent bridge

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2650

I recently received the sensortag cc2650 and Devpack.

doing first trial , I have the message to install the Ticloudagent bridge on the browser BUT I can not find this extension ( Chrome) and Add-on( Mozilla) .

I followed the Wiki instruction and there is no suche Agent !

Any hint ?

Thanks

  • Can you tell us what version of Chrome and host OS you are using? The wiki below, shows how this process should work. Can you tell us where things are going wrong and what message(s) if any you are getting.

  • Chrome : Version 48.0.2564.82 m (64-bit)
    Firefox:43.0.4

When I try to run , a Gui pops up asking to install the extension for the browser. I ca not find this extension in both browsers. Extension name : Ticloudagent bridge. I can find other cloud extension but not this one.
  • Ok, I just tried this version of Chrome and everything worked fine for me. When the GUI Pops with the two instructions, all you need to do is press the 'Install' button. It will pop up the dialog below and then automatically install the extension for you. There is no need to go into the Chrome store and search for this extension (in fact it is not searchable). What message do you get when you press the 'Install' button on the GUI that pops up.

  • Yes , it does install the extension .

What was confusing is the instruction .

If I redo from cloud the message pops again . Should the Chrome be up and running when I try run the code?

This fact of cloud , Local and explorer  is also confusing

I want to bring the example local and run on sensortag.
