CCS v5.1 server setup problem

Hi,

I am following the steps for CCS license server setup given on wikilink: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/License_Server_Administration_for_CCS

At step 4 of Windows:Graphical setup  in License server setup,  it is given that browser window will open with the main license manager GUI or we can open it manually by 127.0.0.1:8090 URL.

But, I am not able to access that URL. It shows " Webpage is not available", every time I ping the URL. 

Any suggestion will be very helpful.

    Hi,

    If the page is not opening for you, that may indicate a few possible issues:
    - did you check the box "Start server now"? If not, you can manually browse to the install location and double-click on the file <lmadmin.exe>.
    - the lmadmin server process is not running. Check in the Task Manager to see if you see a process named lmadmin.exe. If not, something prevented it from properly running or the install failed somehow.
    - the windows PC is not allowing connections to its localhost address (127.0.0.1). In this case, check if a firewall is blocking this or restore the file to its default settings and retry. For details on how to do this last step, check the following Microsoft Knowledge base article:
