Trouble installing CCS 5.5 on Win10

I tried to install CCS 5.5 on my computer(Win10 version)
I can't fix my error

I've attached the installation log.ccs_setup_5.5.0.00077_install.rar

Hi,

Is your firewall and anti-virus disabled? Any reason you're sticking to 5.5 instead of 6.x?

Yes, i am sure my firewall and anti-virus are disabled.
Our lab use 5.5 instead of 6.X
So... is there other possibility causing this error?

Yes, i install the CCS 5.5 as a system administrator

Hi,

Your username has non-ascii characters and eclipse is unable to handle those. Please see processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Troubleshooting_CCSv6
