Activated CCS by using license file ,but its still showing unlicensed / Free license.

Hi,

i have  purchased Code Composer studio from texas Instrument.
As directed in the instructions ,the licence file was generated using the MAC Id and Software was installed.
Even after putting the correct licence file and activation it is still showing as FREE LICENCSE in the Software IDE.

Please help.
