Could someone please point me at a copy of this archive? I am attempting to use CCSv6 + msp430gcc. My application crashes before it gets to main(). I would like to see the startup code. This is supposedly in an archive msp430-gccsource, but I cannot find a copy of it anywhere.

The MSP430-GCC software download page has both older releases and Redhat GCC source files available, is this what you are looking for? software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

Download and extract the MSP430 GCC source code available at the link in the previous post. You will find the source to the boot routine in the directory sources/tools/libgloss/msp430 . Start with the file crt0.S .
