code composer studio installation freezes in choose installation location

Hi,

I am trying to install code composer studio v6    (CCS6.1.2.00015_win32) offline installer. My windows version is 7 64 bit.

Disabled antivirus and firewall.

Deleted all old installation files from TI code composer.

Installation window hangs on choose installation folder forever ( sometimes for a day) I left it overnight it doesnt work.

Sometime it get past choose intallation folder but after selecting packages it deos the same .

I am unable to get past this hurdle. If anyone knows whats the issue please advice.
