MSP432 P401R LaunchPad Development Kit Can't Connect to CSS

Hello,

I am trying to use a MSP432 P401R LaunchPad development kit with code composer studio. I loaded the OutOfBox code example using the built in XDS110 emulator and it ran, but only once. Now every time I click debug I get the following error.

CORTEX_M4_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1063 @ 0x0) Device ID is not recognized or is not supported by driver. Confirm device and debug probe configuration is correct, or update device driver. (Emulation package 6.0.83.1)

Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try?
