Problems import CCSv3.3 project into CCSv6

I must import an old CCSv3.3 project in to the new CCSv6 or CCSv5.

I read the wiki and youtube and import it with the "Import Legacy CCSv3.3 Projects..."

Problems:

1. At the next step "Select Compiler" there are no results in the table. So there is nothing I could choose.

So I finished without choose an compiler.

2. The project was imported with an project.log:

!ERROR: Unknown device 'TMS320C24XX'!

When I try to create a new TargetConfiguration-File - Custom Configuration, there I can't choose the TMS320_24______

How can I get this CPU to the CCSv6?

Before that I downloaded and installed the ti_cgt_c2000_4.1.3_setup_win32.exe from http://software-dl.ti.com/codegen/non-esd/downloads/download.htm.

    Unfortunately, C24x is not supported in CCSv6. Actually, it has not been supported in the last few CCS versions. The last version to support it was CCSv3.3. You will have remain using CCSv3.3 if you wish to work with C24x. Sorry.
