what is the difference between Incremental conductance mppt algorithm and Perturbation and observation (P&O) mppt algorithm ? which is better ..

in my project i am using p&o algorithm, but i found when it reach maximum voltage then it again come back and start from zero frequency, this variation is continue, it is not stable, so i want to use such a algorithm to stable it after reaching max point..

please suggest me how to do it.. which algorithm i have to use..
