loading error in .out file

I am getting CORTEX_M4_0: GEL: Encountered a problem loading file: C:\Users\x0242853\workspace_v6_7\BSL_BootLoader\Debug\BSL_BootLoader.out Could not open file this error !! I read posts related to this type of error and tried applying those solutions but I could not resolve this.Please help!
