Hello,
A customer just received 10 copies of CCSv4.0. They received the latest copy of the CDs with the shipping info saying it is a Floating 10 User Pack.
What is the next step to get the server license codes? I can send a scan of the details included on the box, but I am not sure of the correct person or group to contact and what additional information is needed to enable CCs to be loaded.
