I've just received the "TMS320F2808 Experimenter Kit" which includes the Docking Station and the F2808 MCU. This kit also comes with a DVD which includes the CCSv6 Windows and Linux versions.
I've tried the CCSv6 on Windows 7 32 bits (also on Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits) and I can't get the board connected anyway. Then I've search on the web and I found that the last CCS version which supports the F28x family is the CCSv3.3 (which I've installed and is now running fine).
So I've come aware that is too weird that the kit come with software that is not compatible with the hardware. My question is Am I wrong and there is a way to work with the CCSv6? Because if there is not, I don't understand how this kit is sold.
