CCS V6 crashing when trying to debug cc2650 launchpad

I'm am trying to debug the CC2650 launchpad but every time I try to enter debug Code Composer Crashes. I attached a log file of the error and it looks like "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space" seems to be the main error. My computer has a 8GB of memory so I can't imagine it's that.

Any thoughts?

Hi is there any answer.
I tried hard to understand the ccstudio.ini/eclipse.ini
Today I updated 2 packages from TI, and since then I get
Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
again. This is very annoying.
I have a 8GB machine.
Please give a advice for a usual *.ini.
I do have:
....
--launcher.XXMaxPermSize=512m
--launcher.appendVmargs
-vmargs
-Xms128m
-Xmx1024m
....

in ccstudio.ini.

Please help
