Can I install Floating 1 User Pack (F01)of CCS IDE software on standalone pc? Is it necessary to connect it server or internet?

    Yes you can do this. You can have the license server setup on your PC and have CCS running on the same PC. However I would not recommend doing that. A node locked license would be a much better option in this case.
