CCS 6.1.2 Cannot create new build configuration

I don't see this type of internal error when following the same procedure. Would you mind sharing your project so we can investigate if the issue is specific to your project?

I can see this error with every project in my workspace, I even check it on another computer.

I've attached the get_time example which has the same problem.

The project I sent you was an example created in a new workspace.

I even tried it on another computer.

I'm running Windows 10 Home Edition 64-bit.

Are there any logs I can send you to investigate?

The problem is when I'm choosing in the "Create New Configuration" window, "copy settings from" --> "default configuration" --> "Debug"

See screenshot below. If I'll choose "existing configuration"-->"Release" it works.

I can reproduce this now. The issue is specific to the selection to copy settings from "Default configuration". 

I searched around and found that this issue was reported internally some time ago. I am trying to get more details on the status, but I suspect it is due to a bug in Eclipse which is still open. I will let you know when I have more information.

We will be investigating this further and try to address it for the next release of CCS (not the upcoming CCS 6.1.3 but the one after that). Sorry about the inconvenience caused in the near term.
