switching between workspaces

Host OS: Windows 7 64-bit with SP1; CCS v.6.1.2.00015.

How can I switch between the workspaces? I've got some workspaces (you can see on pic1). But my menu 'File' doesn't contain the alternative 

'Switch workspace' (see pic2). Why?

    Are you in the CCS Simple perspective? That perspective does not have that menu item. If you switch to the CCS Edit perspective you should see the "Swtich Workspace" in the File menu.
