Basically the options used to build the project should match what was used to build the library. In this case, the message is saying that the 2806xRevB_FastSpinROMSymbols.lib was only built for C2800 (no FPU32 support), but one or more object files in the project are built for C28FPU32 (with FPU32 support). You need to either disable --float_support=fpu32 option in the project, or use the FPU32 version of the library (2806xRevB_FastSpinROMSymbols_fpu32.lib).
