Hello,
A hex conversion utility comes with the compilers that come with CCSv3. For more information, check the assembly language user's guide that corresponds to the device family you are using and look at the section for the Hex Conversion Utility:

In your "CCStudio_v3.3\C2000\cgtools\bin" directory is a utility called HEX200.exe. Must be run in a cmd window. will convert .out file to .hex in the format you specify.
