In CCSv3.3, Can I use(link) a library which is build in RVDS environment?

Hello,

According to this URL as below,

It seems a library object that is build by RVDS can convert to TI CCS lib by using these tools,

objdump or coff2elf converter.

Is that possible? Does enybody have success to use these tools?
