CCS 6.1.3 failed to start after fresh install and updating MSP430 compiler

Good day!

Very annoying issue apeared in fresh installation of CCS. After fresh install it requests the update of some components, and after restart for the update and shows the splash screen and after that crashers silently. Experimentally, after several attempts I realized that issue repeats after the MSP430 cgt update is requested.

Windows 7Ultimate, Russian locale,

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

The same issue with CCS 6.1.1, then updating MSP430 Compiler tools to 4.4.7

Could you please review the known issues and troubleshooting tips in this page first?

If those do not help resolve the issue, could you please zip up and post your install logs here for us to take a look at?

Looks like the problem is with Java, as also this issue (e2e.ti.com/.../511466) exist, and Java update failed an also new install of Java failed too.
