We are working on the C5407 DSP chip with code composer studio 3.1. Now we'd like to upgrade to code composer studio 5.5. We wonder if the latest ccs6 license works with ccs5? If not where we can buy the ccs5.5 license? Thanks.

Yes, the CCSv6 license works with CCSv5.
