Failed to install the CCS on window10

Hello CCS team,

I'd like to install the CCS6.1.3 on window10 and i already disable anti-virus software.

However, CCS still can't install properly.

Could you please refer to the install log as attached and help to solve this problem?

Hi,

From your log it looks like you didn't select any product families at all. Please delete the contents of c:\ti\ccsv6 and try the installation again, making sure you select at least one product family.

Hello Danish,

thanks for your help.

Below is the snapshot from my computer and it seems that can't display the pop up menu properly after I click the installer.

How can i solve this problem and select the product as what i want?

What uploading an image, don't paste it from clipboard. You have to manually upload the file.
