Installation issue for Window 10 of Code Composer 6.1.3

I have Code Composer 6.1.2 which installed successfully and trying to install Code Composer 6.1.3 but got stuck with this error see attached image.

This is window 10 PC with all the updated stuff installed. This is new 17" inch laptop.

I have norton which I deactivated the feature, but it report still setecting active Norton Security.

In task manager, I ended the task on Norton (but keep coming back later).

What should i do to get it installed?

I tried to install manually as per instruction but the version is higher than supplied so it not reinstalled.

Hi Richard,

This is a bug and has been fixed in the next release of CCS. You can ignore the warning message and use CCS. The only thing missing is the shortcuts which you will need to create manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.
