Unable to install Code Composer 6.1.2. Help

Hello, I have downloaded Code Composer 6.1.2 twice and it fails that the same place. Here is the log file:

    Joe,

    From the log I suspect a few things:
    - Line 145 indicates you have a special character in your username. Historically this has been a source of problems.
    - Lines 146 through 153 indicate that the component named jre_root_1.7.0.60 was correctly extracted and copied to the temporary directory but it was immediately deleted. This is an indicative of external factors influencing the installation process - by that I mean an antivirus, anti-spyware or a corporate policy that prevents certain files or access types to the temporary area of your system.

    In this case I can only recommend you to temporarily disable the antivirus software running in your system or perhaps check for help from your IT department and see if there is any policy that prevents installation of these components.

    From the logs it seems you properly extracted the CCS off-line installer to D:\cc_install, is that correct? The reason of my question is that sometimes developers try to run the installer directly from the .zip file, which consequently causes problems.
