How to Profile an application in TI C6424 EVM using Code Composer Studio 4.0

Can any one please point me to a document which explain how to profile an application on TI C6424 Evalaution Board using Code Composer Studio 4.0. I am able to profile the application using simulator.  But when i try to profile on hardware, i am not able to see any profile configuration to select in Code Composer Studio.
