CCS Unable to restore working set state?

Hi,

    My CCS version is  6.1.0.00104. Today CCS and was unusually slow to open. Then a CCS pop-up appeared with message below. Eventually CCS opened up. What could be causing this error?    

Unable to restore working set state.
Content is not allowed in prolog.

    Hi,

    I hope your laptop/PC did not have any scheduled maintenance running in the background. Some background routine checks or antivirus scanning can cause this issue other than CCS itself.
    As for CCS, try switching to a new workspace. You must observe some improvement.
