Code Composer Studio memory browser and CIO console

I am running CCS v6.1.2.00015 IDE. Two problems:

I can not open a Memory Browser window. I know where to find the pull-down item so don't tell me to select the item and double click. Been there, done that. It simply does not open a window when I click the item (no observable CCS action occurs). It used to work months ago, but not anymore.

I can not open a Console CIO debug window. No CIO Console shows up in the menu pull-down list. This also used to work sporadically.

Any thoughtful ideas or suggestions?

Hello,
For strange IDE issues, a new workspace folder often helps:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Troubleshooting_CCSv6

If that fails to remedy the issue, can you provide a screenshot of your CCS environment?

Ki,

Creating a new workspace fixed the 'no memory browser' issue, but not the 'no Console I/O' problem. I'll continue to work the issue. For now, I just won't use the printf function.
