CCS6 Keeps jumping to the top

Hello,

I have Code composer studio version 6.1.3.00033

When I open a project and i click in the project explorer keeps on jumping back to the top.

Also when i would like to use the search option it will jump back into the program.

If I open the" help" it will jump from about c/c++ editor to the project explorer.

It is only in code composer studio everyting else on the PC keeps on working.

Does somebody else has the same problem ore are already solved it?

Hi Ralf,
I'm sorry but I don't quite understand the problem. It sounds like some window is stealing context from what you are doing. A screenshot would help a lot if you can provide some.

Hi Ki,

In the attachmend I added the screen shots.

I think the project file is corrupted some where.

Because when i rebuild the project in a new CCS project it seems to work.

But the thing what happened is shown in the attachment.

1st I clicked on the main.c and not even 1 second later it jumped to project name. (almost inpossible to delete something in the project explorer)

Also the bar next to the project explorer flash really quickly (to fast to make a screen shot).

I understand now. It sounds like some kind of strange refresh issue with the IDE. I've never really heard of that one before.

Can you try these suggestions in the troubleshooting guide for IDE?
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Troubleshooting_CCSv6

Cleaning the workspace folder would have the most impact.

For me it was the new workspace that solves this issue.
