Code Composer raw data capture

Hello,

We are using Code Composer 4.10, build 36 to program EEPROM 54230-WE128K32-125G2TQA through processor TMS320C31PQL40. is there a way to use Code Composer to capture the raw data written to the EEPROM so it could be used to program the EEPROM stand-alone? I was wondering if the simulator can be used to capture the raw data from the emulator.

Hi Tim,
Unfortunately that old version of CC did not support raw binary memory saving. If CC can access the memory you wish to save, you can save it to a data (*.dat) or COFF (*.out) file via the 'File->Data->Save' option and then find a way to convert that to a binary file (via custom script, etc).

Do you know if there is a newer version that does support raw binary memory saving and runs OK on Windows 2000?

Unfortunately, CC4.10 is the last Code Composer version to support C3x. It was never supported with Code Composer Studio. Sorry.
