CCS won't upgrade to v6.1.3

Hi,

Currently my CCS version is 6.1.2 and I would like to update to version 6.1.3. 

All firewalls are turned off, but when I run "Check for updates" via help meny it says there's no updates found. Preferably I want to avoid downloading and installing v6.1.3 seperately.

How can it be it doesn't find the new version when I search for it?
