I can't connect to target on my PCB using XDS100

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28069

Dears,

I'm trying to connect a PCB using a custom XDS100 but that this seemed impossible. I always get an error.

When I try a "Test Connection" in my target configuration, I have this log:

[Start: Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator_0]
Execute the command:

%ccs_base%/common/uscif/dbgjtag -f %boarddatafile% -rv -o -F inform,logfile=yes -S pathlength -S integrity

[Result]

I try this same XDS100 board in another custom PCB and got success.

The two custom PCB has tree TMS320F28069 devices, each, conected in series with JTAG connector.

My question is:

What might be causing this error and how to fix it?

I need to change the JTAG emulator to XDS100 because my license will expire 90 days.

I'm using CCSv5.5
