[CCS] "Check for updates" for Keysotne2 device support

Hi

I'm trying to get keystone2 device support installer from CCSv6.1.2 "Check for update", but I faced problem with following error. 

Now put the "Finish" button and then I found the following error:

Please note the internet proxy is not running on my machine. Any suggestions ?
