CCS v6.1.3 on MAC OSX 10.11.5 does not launch

I have installed CCS 6.1.3 with only the cc26xx, cc32xx and the TI ARM compiler options chosen.

I can however start eclipse successfully from the eclipse folder with /Applications/ti/ccsv6/eclipse.

The install log files have no errors too and the ini files have the correct paths for -startup and --launcher.library
