XDS100v2 not working with CCS 6 free version

Hi,

One of my customer purchased XDS100v2 14 pin to work with TMS320F28335 custom board, its not working. Attached the log file and screenshot. But same XDS100v2 works fine with TI EVM (tested with LCDK6748 and OMAP3530 EVM).

Attached the custom board schematic for JTAG portion.

Kindly guide me where is the error here.
