Error connecting to the target: (Error -154 @ 0x0)

Hi, I am using the XDS100v3 with CCS 6.1.3.00034

I am working on project involving use of SmartRF06 Evaluation Board and SimpleLink CC1310 Evaluation Module Kit (CC13xxEM-7XD-7793_4L)

I managed to run the Sample RF examples (rfPacket_Tx/Rx) and (rfEasyLinkR/Tx) successfully using both the CC1310 boards.

However, all of sudden when I tried to load and debug the WakeOnRadio_Rx/Tx example one of the two boards gave the error below:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -154 @ 0x0)
One of the FTDI driver functions used to
write data returned bad status or an error.
(Emulation package 6.0.222.0)

Please guide.
