App Center not working on a proxy network.

CCS: 6.1.1

App Center not able to install anything. I am trying to install TI-RTOS CC32xx. It throws up "Failed to install the selected add-on. Please see the error log for more details." every time I try to install something.

My company uses a proxy type network. I am not able to figure out how should I configure the CCS to get the App Center working. I even had to use an offline installer to install the CCS instead of the Web Installer.

    The error log might have some useful details, could you please attach it here? It is the .log file in the .metadata directory within your workspace.

    Could you try changing your proxy settings as mentioned in the below link, then close and restart CCS and try the App Center download again?
