How to update compiler version

I am running CCS 6.1.3 on a Windows 10 machine. I am getting the #16004 error when trying to build project zero for the 2650 Launchpad. I found in another forum that compiler v15.12.2 would fix this issue, but v15.12.1 is the only one available in the properties menu. How can I change to the newer version?
