Error when Importing Project from GIT folder

Hello Team,

I am trying to import a project from a GIT folder. I cloned the GIT folder on my laptop and import it to CCS but it pops up a strange error.

Please see below picture for my steps and error message. I had no problem doing this with CCS 6.1.2 but I recently updated to 6.1.3 and this error happens. 

I first import the project from my GIT folder directory.

After it finish importing, the below error message showed up.

I clicked ok then the below message showed up.

I clicked ok then the below message showed up.

If I click Yes it will exit the CCS. If I click No the error message will disappear but show up again after awhile.

I once finishing building the project but the error showed up again. 

Tried the below fix but still have the same issue:

1.Restarted CCS and laptop.

2.Import to a new workspace.

3.Re clone the GIT folder.
