How to convert MSP430 CCS projects from 3.1 to 4.x

Dear Forum Readers,

Is there a pah to convert MSP430 CCS projects from 3.1 to 4.x? I see an import function from 3.3 version to 4.x, but is version 3.1 that different from 3.3?

Hi Lorna,

I am assuming that you mean CCE 3.1 since CCS did not support MSP430 prior to 4.x. Assuming this is true, you should be able to use the "Import Existing CCS/CCE Eclipse Project" option to import a CCE 3.1 project to CCS v4.x.
