ndk 2.21.01/38 tools cannot be load in ccs

Hi Ti engineer

         Everytime I open CCS, the followed figure will be showed:

         And everytime I choose "finish", the next figure showed:

Why does it like this?Could you help me about that?

My developing environment is in Win7,64bit.

CCS Version 5.4.0.00091 ,

bios-mcsdk  version bios_mcsdk_02_01_02_06_setupwin32.
