Urgent: Error of Invalid Activation Code for CCSv6

I recently purchased the DSP TMS320F28335 experimenter's kit. I want to run it with Spectrum C2000 XDS510LC JTAG emulator.
I am following the steps from wiki.ti: Activating_CCSv6.

When i enter my MAC id or activation ID it given me an error "The Activation ID you entered could not be found. Please make sure that you entered it correctly" I entered the code many times with Caps ON but still i am getting this error.
This is really frustrating. Can anyone suggest next steps?

One more concern is that i can see a Deprecation notice on wiki.ti about C2000 XDS510LC JTAG emulator. In order to work with DSPTMS320F28335 should i get another DSP or use older version of CCS ??

I am a beginner.

Hello,
the XDS510LC still works with CCSv6. Are you trying to activate CCSv6 to use with a full license?

Yes. I want to activate full license. I cannot run on 90 days trial as i have spectrum EDS510LC JTAG emulator. But why am i getting activation code error from MAC that came with the software? How do i fix it?
I need to resolve this issue ASAP.
I read a wiki that says in depreciation notice about C2000 XDS510LC JTAG emulator's compatibility.
