[K2G] Memory Throughput Analysis does not work with CCSv6.1.3

Hi,

I'm using K2G EVM with CCSv6.1.3. I tried MemoryThroughput Analysis (CCS menu : Tool->Hardware Trace Analyzer->Memory Throughput Analysis) with Blackhawk xds560v2 emulator, but it did not work.

The following is my configuration.

And when I push the start button, I saw the following error:

Do you have any suggestion on this ?
Please note that I succeeded 'Memory Throughput Analysis' with CCSv6.1.3/Onboard_XDS560v2_Emulator/C6678EVM(LE) combination by fallowing the above instructions.

    Thank you for the detailed report. I can reproduce this here and filed the bug number DBGTRC-3235. Its status can be checked in the link SDOWP in my signature below (give it about 1/2 hour for the databases to sync).

    Unfortunately no other workaround can be done other than using ETB instead.
