Hi,

I'd like to create a working binary file for the CC3200 device from a *.out file using only CGTOOLS and without having any dependency on CCS tools.

Is this possible?  All the post I've seen on creating binary file seems to be CCS related, but I'm trying to do this outside the CCS environment.
