Please search TI.com for C6713 on CCSv6. It will help to use the full acronym CCS in the search.

after so many try i am not able to do C6713 on CCSv6. so now i working on C6713 on CCSv3. in that 'example code' are run but sometimes CCS not communicate with CCv3. it showing 'waiting for USB enumeration'

If my memory serves, that message means you need to reset everything, and maybe even the PC and/or unplug/replug the emulator pod.

Not much support for CCSv3 anymore.
