Can't install PyDev to ccs6.1

I'm trying to install the PyDev plug-in to the CCS6.1 but failed, anyone has any suggestions? Any comments would be appreciated, many thanks!

Actually I do have installed the PyDev plug in, but neither I can create a new python project or file nor found the 'PyDev' tab in the window 'Windows->Preference'

What would the problem be?

Hello,
I see you that you tried installing PyDev version 5.3.0. Note that version 5.3.0 requires Eclipse Neon (4.6). CCS 6.1.3 and 6.2.0 supports Mars (4.5). Your old version (CCSv6.1.0) is based on Eclipse Luna (4.4). I would at least update to a Mars based CCS version and try installing one of the older PyDev 5.x versions that supports Mars.
